Suresh Raina's wife takes the scissors
Priyanka Raina is the latest cricketer wife taking to styling her husband's hair during the lockdown
On the lines of Anushka Sharma and Ishika Jayasekara turning hairstylists for their respective husbands, Team India captain Virat Kohli and Sri Lankan batsman Lokuge Dinesh Chandimal, it’s Priyanka Raina’s turn to take up hairstyling for her husband cricketer Suresh Raina.
“I could not wait any longer ??????? thanks for helping me @_Priyanka-CRaina #haircut #doityourself (sic),” said a smart looking Raina on his Twitter page.
Fans on social media couldn’t stop praising Priyanka’s hairstyling skills. One of them wrote, “#Bhabhi ji...u done a best job....on hairstyle..(sic).”
Another fan called Suresh Raina as handsome hunk, while a female fan wrote, “He’s Soo Precious___ Cherry blossom, I LOVE YOU (sic).” (The fan clearly could not resist the temptation of adding a red heart emoji on her comment.)
“She’s done a better job than anyone has ever done on you in the past :),” wrote another fan. Yet another fan wrote, “Wow! I love it. Shows you were wasting your time with the stylists till now ?? Trust me this lock down is making us all develop new skills ?? (sic).”
Suresh Raina, who plays for the Chennai Super Kings team in the IPL and is called Thalaiva by his CSK fans, had roaring comments with red hearts and folded hands and smiling face emojis from them too.
Suresh Raina’s wife seemed to be overwhelmed with the responses and posted her response too. “My prospects are clearly bright ??,” she wrote.
Raina and Priyanka, who got married in April 2015, recently had their second child, a baby boy called Rio Raina, during the current lockdown period, on March 23.
