Colombo: After suffering a five-wicket loss against Sri Lanka in their opening game on Tuesday, India will look to bounce back in series, when they take on Bangladesh in the second game of the Tri-Nation Nidahas Trophy Twenty20 series, here on Thursday.

After batting first in the opening game, it was Shikhar Dhawan's (90 runs) valiant knock that helped India managed to score 174-5 in 20 overs. In reply, Sri Lanka lost Kusal Mendis early, but skipper Dinesh Chandimal and Kusal Perera steadied the teams innings.

In the end, it was Kusal Perera’s (66 runs), that helped the home side chase the score with ease.

While the weather did not play spoilsport in the first game, the condition for today’s game looks cloudy with a thunderstorm in evening.

There are 51 per cent chances of rain on Thursday evening (5:00 P.M local time), two hours before the schedule start of play.

While the chances of rain go down post 6 P.M, the possibility of showers is not completely ruled in the late evening. As per the weather reports, there are 20 per cent chances of rain since the scheduled start of play, 7 P.M., till 11 P.M.
