Woman Murdered in Front of Husband in Sangareddy

Hyderabad: Unidentified persons killed a 35-year-old woman Meena in front of her husband Anil at IDA Bollaram in Sangareddy district on Sunday.
The accused attacked the couple, a resident of Venkateswara Colony in IDA Bollaram, when they were on the way to their house on a motorcycle after purchasing groceries at a nearby weekly market.
They stopped the bike and tried to misbehave with Meena. When Anil objected to it, they assaulted him. They later slit her throat and killed her. Upon receiving information, the police rushed to the spot and the body was shifted to the government hospital for autopsy.
The police booked a murder case under provisions of BNS and took up the investigation.
