Siddipet: Women Workers Allege Supervisor Prevented Them From Using Restroom

Sididpet: Workers of a company 'Simply Fresh Private Limited' in Arjunpatla village of Cheriyal mandal, Siddipet district, staged a dharna alleging harassment by the company supervisor and demanded that the management take necessary action.
Police reached the spot after the workers launched the protest and spoke to them about their grievances.
Women workers alleged that the supervisor was harassing them and preventing them from using the restroom during working hours. They claimed that the supervisor allegedly told them to wear diapers instead of going to the restroom.
The workers further alleged that the wages of employees who were close to supervisor were increased, while those who did not comply with his demands were allegedly insulted.
The workers demanded better wages and urged the management to address their grievances and take action on the allegations. Police are looking into the matter.
