Water leakage from pipeline rectified

Hyderabad: A drinking water pipeline was accidentally damaged on the Narayanguda-Koti stretch during the ongoing sewerage tunneling works, leading to a brief water leakage on Tuesday. According to officials from the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB), a small hole in the water pipeline during the repair work, caused water to gush out onto the road. However, the leakage was quickly rectified and the issue was resolved within 15 to 20 minutes. The water board said that the supply was not affected.
