Ward Sabhas to identify beneficiaries of govt schemes to begin in city next week

Hyderabad: Ward sabhas that are aimed at identifying beneficiaries of government schemes like Indiramma Indlu will commence in the city next week.

New applications for Indiramma Indlu will be collected by Praja Palana Seva Kendras (PPSKs), the location details of which will be informed soon.

About 10.66 lakh Indiramma Indlu applications were received in the 150 GHMC wards and eight wards of Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB). Of them, 9.53 lakh applications have been surveyed.

GHMC deputy commissioners have been instructed to accept grievances from people whose data is either not available or are not getting reflected in the Indiramma Indlu mobile app, apart from those whose survey has not been done, as yet.

Towards executing the task, 2,823 logins have been created. The number of applications that are still not surveyed is 99,377.
