Vishwak Sen’s fan meet at Sarathi Studios was cancelled midway due to crowd-management and safety concerns, leaving fans disappointed.
What was supposed to be a memorable moment for Vishwak Sen’s fans turned chaotic at Sarathi Studios in Hyderabad. The actor had organised a fan meet ahead of his upcoming film Cult, but the huge turnout and poor crowd management forced the team to call off the photo session midway.
According to reports, Vishwak had already clicked pictures with more than 1,000 fans when things began getting out of hand. With the crowd becoming difficult to manage and safety concerns rising, the actor had to leave the venue, leaving many fans disappointed.
The cancellation did not go down well with some fans, and a few reportedly vented their anger by tearing down movie banners.
Realising that the arrangements had not worked out as planned, Vishwak later apologised for the inconvenience. He also assured fans that another photo session would be organised, this time with better planning to ensure everyone gets a fair chance to meet him.
Earlier, fan meet of Jr NTR also faced chaotic scenes in a star hotel since more fans turned up than expected. It was eventually cancelled.
