Virtual Dak Adalat on October 23

Hyderabad:The Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle, Hyderabad, has notified that the Dak Adalat will be held on October 23 at 12 pm to hear complaints and grievances of the public related only to “Customer Services of India Post.” The session will be conducted virtually.
Complaints from Telangana may be sent offline to assistant director S. Vijaya Jyothi on or before October 14. Letters should be neatly written and envelopes must be superscribed ‘DAK ADALAT’.
Complainants must provide their mobile number, email ID and address for communication.
Grievances may also be submitted online by email to pgco.tl@indiapost.gov.in, with ‘DAK ADALAT COMPLAINT’ as the subject or first line of the mail body, to reach the office by 5.45 pm on October 14. Complaints should be submitted through only one mode — either physical post or email.
