Vemulawada Govt Hospital Performs 4 Knee Surgeries In A Day

KARIMNAGAR: Doctors at the Government Regional Hospital in Vemulawada successfully performed four knee replacement surgeries in a single day, bringing the total number of such procedures at the hospital to 48 over six months in Rajanna Sircilla district.
In a statement, the hospital authorities said that patients from across the district, not only from Vemulawada, are preferring the hospital for knee replacements, with over 100 patients currently on the waiting list. To meet the demand, officials plan to conduct surgeries every week.
