Two Drown In Vialal Lake In Sangareddy Dist.

Hyderabad: Two persons of a family who were taking a bath after attending their relative’s funeral drowned in Vialal lake Jinnaram Mandal of Sangareddy district on Wednesday. Police said one of the victims, M. Ganesh, did not know how to swim, and panicked when he lost his footing. He slid into a section of the lake that is 12-feet deep. His uncle G. Muniraju, who noticed Ganesh struggling, tried to save him but also drowned, police said.

The victims’ family members who were nearby arranged for lifesavers to rescue them. However, they only managed to retrieve the bodies late in the night The victim were residents of Jinnaram, Sangareddy. Police registered a case of death under suspicious circumstances and shifted the bodies to government hospital.
