Traffic Diversions in Old City for Miss World Heritage Walk, Dinner
Vehicular movement restricted around Charminar, Chowmahalla Palace from 2PM to 11 PM on Tuesday; commuters advised to use alternate routes
Hyderabad: In connection with heritage walk at Charminar and dinner at Chowmahalla Palace in connection with the Miss World competition, police imposed traffic restrictions on connecting roads from 2 pm till 11 pm on Tuesday.
Roads leading from Madina to Charminar, Charminar to Shalibanda, Shalibanda (Rajesh Medical Hall) to Volga junction and Volga junction to Moosabowli Via Khilwat Road will be restricted for all types of vehicular movement.
Traffic heading from Nayapul towards Charminar will be diverted at Madina junction towards City College.
Traffic heading from Nagulchintha/Shalibanda towards Charminar will be diverted at Himmatpura Junction, towards Haribowli and Volga Junction to Fateh Darwaza Road.
The traffic heading from Himmatpura towards Chowmahalla Palace will be diverted at Volga junction towards Fateh Darwaza. Traffic coming from Fateh Darwaza will be diverted towards Himmitpura vice-versa.
Traffic from Puranapul (Goodwill Café) towards Charminar/Chowmahalla Palace will be diverted at Moosabowli towards City College and Fateh Darwaza via Doodbowli.
Traffic coming from Chowk Maidan towards Charminar will be diverted at Chowk Maidan towards Kotla Alija or Moghalpura side. Traffic coming from Etebar Chowk area towards Gulzarhouse will be diverted at Etebar Chowk towards Mandi Mir Alam Market or Bibi Bazar.
At Sher-e-Baitul Kaman, traffic coming from Mitti Ka Sher towards Gulzar Hous will be diverted at Mitti-ke-Sher Junction towards Ghansi Bazaar to reach High Court Road.
