Traffic Advisory at Vaishali Nagar Railway Underpass Extended Till Sept 16
The CMC authorities have undertaken road widening and the construction of a proper storm water drainage system at the underpass
Hyderabad: In view of ongoing road widening and storm water drain works at Vaishali Nagar railway underpass, the traffic advisory is being extended up to September 16.
The underpass is a narrow underpass and is highly vulnerable to waterlogging during heavy rainfall. During rainy season, water accumulates at the underpass, causing inconvenience to road users and disrupting the smooth flow of traffic.
To address these issues, the CMC authorities have undertaken road widening and the construction of a proper storm water drainage system at the underpass. Earlier, traffic advisory was issued for 20 days, with an extension of 29 days, with effect from July 16 to facilitate the execution of the works.
However, due to delays in progress of ongoing works, the same could not be completed within the stipulated period. Therefore, it has become necessary to extend the existing traffic advisory for a further period of 14 days from September 3 to 16 on various roads and junctions in and around the Vaishali Nagar underpass within the limits of the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, to enable the completion of ongoing road widening and storm water drainage works.
The traffic diversion points are as follows: The traffic coming from My home Mangala and going towards Hafeezpet via Vaishali Nagar Railway Underpass will be diverted to My home Mangala T junction after taking u turn towards Raghavendra Nagar Colony-left turn at Raghavendranagar colony Junction- Hi-tension road- Left turn at RTA office Kondapur- Hafeezpet ROB to reach Hafeezpet.
Vehicles coming from Telangana Contractors Cultural Club towards Vaishali nagar Railway Underpass will be diverted at My Home Mangala T Junction towards Raghavendra Nagar Colony-left turn at Raghavendranagar colony Junction- Hi-tension road- Left turn at RTA office Kondapur- Hafeezpet ROB/Flyover to reach Hafeezpet and Allwyn Junction.
The traffic coming from Myhome Jewel rear gate, RTC Colony Manjeera Pipeline road going towards Myhome Mangala via Vailshalinagar Railway Underpass will be diverted on Pipeline road towards Hafeezpet ROB/Flyover-left turn near GENPACT and joins the Kondapur-Allwyn Junction road and takes Government school U turn and take Hafeezpet ROB/Flyover for going towards Kondapur and Raghavendra Nagar Colony.
Vehicles coming from Vasavi lake city and Hafeezpet Lake towards Myhome Mangala/ Raghavendranagar Colony via Vailshalinagar Railway Underpass will be diverted at Spire one Apartments U turn towards Hafeezpet ROB/Flyover -left turn near GENPACT and joins the Kondapur-Allwyn Junction road and takes Government school U turn and take Hafeezpet ROB/Flyover for going towards Kondapur and Raghavendra Nagar Colony.
The traffic coming from Gopal Nagar old Hafeezpet towards My home Mangala will take right at Hafeezpet RUB/Underpass and joins the Kondapur-Allwyn Junction road and takes Government school U turn and take Hafeezpet ROB/Flyover for going towards Kondapur and Raghavendra Nagar Colony.
