Petbasheerabad police registered a case against Malla Reddy Group of Institutions and the event manager after a sound structure collapsed, injuring four students.

Yesterday, Toxic pre release event in Hyderabad turned chaotic on Saturday night after a sound system structure collapsed during the programme at Malla Reddy University. The event had attracted a huge crowd of students and fans who gathered to catch a glimpse of Yash and the Toxic team.
The incident happened while Yash was addressing the gathering. A sound speaker structure reportedly collapsed near the audience, leaving several students injured. According to Petbasheerabad Police, four students suffered injuries and one of them sustained a fracture.
Videos and reports from the event showed some people climbing onto structures near the stage. The sudden collapse created panic among the crowd. Initial reports described the incident as a possible stampede, but Petbasheerabad Police later clarified that there was no stampede and that the injuries were caused by the falling sound equipment.
