TGHRC Takes Suo Motu Notice of Gurukul School Food Poisoning

Hyderabad: Telangana Human Rights Commission (TGHRC) headed by Chairperson Dr. Justice Shameem Akther has taken suo-motu cognizance food poisioning incident at BC Girls Gurukul School in Bellampalli in Mancherial district.
The Commission has called for a detailed report from the District Collector on the incident, the treatment provided to the affected students, the findings of the inquiry, and the preventive measures taken. It posted the matter to August 25, 2026 for submission of the report.
