Telangana Youth Develops Electric Bicycle with 100-km Range

Hyderabad: A youth from Suryapet district of Telangana, Naresh, has developed an electric bicycle keeping the needs of women, students and farmers in mind. Naresh said the electric bicycle can travel up to 100 kilometres on a single charge of four hours.
He said the bicycle had been designed and developed with several innovative features to make it convenient for users. He said he had recently received an order from Rajasthan and the bicycles were being sent to the state.
Naresh said he designed the bicycle particularly keeping women, students and farmers in mind. He appealed to the government to extend support and encouragement to young innovators developing useful and affordable technologies.
