Telangana: Traffic Diversions Around Dhoolpet From Today Till September 14 For Ganesh Idol Transport
Lorries and mini-lorries transporting Ganesh idols must be parked at Jummerat Bazaar ground and will be permitted to collect idols only after 10 pm: Reports
HYDERABAD: Hyderabad traffic police will enforce diversions in and around Dhoolpet from 7 am from Saturday till 10 pm on September 14 to facilitate the sale, purchase and transportation of Ganesh idols. General traffic will not be allowed between Boiguda Kaman and Gandhi statue in either direction. Vehicles transporting Ganesh idols must enter through Gandhi statue and Puranapul and exit through Boiguda Kaman crossroads.
General traffic, including lorries, coming from Puranapul and Gandhi statue towards Mangalhat will be diverted via Takkarwadi T-junction, Jinsi chowrahi and Ghode-ki-Khabar.
Vehicles coming from Seetarambagh towards Mangalhat and Puranapul will be diverted at Boiguda Kaman towards Aghapura, Ghode-ki-Khabar, Jinsi chowrahi, Takkarwadi T-junction and Jummerat Bazaar before proceeding to Puranapul. Similarly, traffic from Darussalam heading towards Puranapul via Mangalhat will be diverted at Aghapura towards Ghode-ki-Khabar and Takkarwadi T-junction.
