HYDERABAD: Madhav Rachayya Sulphule, a 2014 batch Indian Foreign Service officer, assumed charge as regional passport officer and head of the Hyderabad office on Tuesday. Prior to this, he served as First Secretary in the political and consular wing at the Indian Embassy in Paris, France.
