Telangana Health Officials Inspect Wellness Centers After Minister Flags Inefficiency

 Hyderabad: After health minister Damodar Rajanarsimha pointed to the lack of efficiency at wellness centres, health department officials inspected 11 of them. The inspections were conducted by Aarogyasri CEO Uday Kumar and senior officials who reviewed the availability of medicines, attendance of doctors and staff, and other operational aspects. Inspections were conducted at the Wellness centres at Vanasthalipuram, Khairatabad, Kukatpally, Sangareddy, Siddipet, Mahbubnagar, Nalgonda, Khammam, Warangal, Karimnagar and Adilabad.
