Telangana HC Sets Aside CAT Order, Clears Jaiteerth Joshi’s Appointment As BrahMos DG

HYDERABAD: In a significant legal development concerning the leadership of India’s premier missile programme, the Telangana High Court set aside and dismissed an order issued by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) against the appointment of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) scientist Jaiteerth Joshi as the Director General of BrahMos Aerospace.
