Techie Alleges Husband Sold House Without Consent While She Was Away

Hyderabad: A woman named Nikita, a tech professional, has alleged that her husband, identified as Alluri Sravan, sold their house without her knowledge or consent.
According to Nikita, she had gone to her maternal home while she was five months pregnant. After delivering the baby, she returned to their house only to find strangers living there. When she inquired about the ownership, the new occupants were unable to produce any agreement or legal documents regarding the purchase of the property in Shanthinagar of Kukatpally.
Nikita claims that despite being a co-owner and the one paying the home loan EMIs, she was never informed about the sale. Attempts to contact the alleged new owner and her husband have been unsuccessful, as both have reportedly remained unresponsive.
She further alleged that her husband had subjected her to mental and emotional harassment.
