Services of 2 Officials in Wanaparthy Terminated for Submitting Fake Documents
The action followed after the senior officials received several complaints against the DPO and DQAM during Praja Vani programme alleging that the documents submitted by them while recruiting were not genuine
Hyderabad: The Wanaparthy district administration has terminated the services of District Programme Officer (DPO) and District Quality Assurance Manager (DQAM) for submitting fake documents while recruiting them in February 2025 on outsourcing basis.
The duo was working at the District Medical and Health Office (DMHO) Wanaparthy.
The action followed after the senior officials received several complaints against the DPO and DQAM during Praja Vani programme alleging that the documents submitted by them while recruiting were not genuine. Complaints continued to flood to the officials against the DPO and DQAM, officials said.
This prompted officials to order a probe to know the veracity of the documents submitted by the two officers. During the enquiry, the officials found that the certificates submitted by them were not genuine. A report was then submitted to the district Collector, who ordered to initiate necessary action.
“We have terminated the services of DPO and DQAM with immediate effect. A notice was issued to them in this regard,” a senior official confirmed.
According to officials, a DPO manages implementation of specific programs related to education and health at the district level in coordination with officers at the State level. The DQAM will coordinate, implement, and monitor quality assurance activities to ensure that healthcare services meet national standards.
