Hyderabad:South Central Railway general manager Sanjay Kumar Srivastava on Monday asked all departments to comply strictly with safety protocols during a review of train operations.
He said cable maintenance, signalling checks and safety inspections at pit lines and in block sections must be carried out diligently.
Eight employees received “Employee of the Month” awards for alertness and commitment to duty that helped prevent unsafe conditions, SCR said.
