School Timings Revised in Adilabad, KB Asifabad Due to Cold Weather

ADILABAD: The district administration has changed school timings in view of the prevailing cold weather in Adilabad and Komaram Bheem Asifabad districts, following a forecast by the India Meteorological Department predicting cold conditions over the next few days.

As per the revised schedule, schools will begin at 9.40 am instead of 9 am and continue till 4.30 pm instead of the earlier 4.15 pm. The revised timings apply to both government and private schools in the districts and have been implemented from Friday.

Collector Rajarshi Shah instructed education officials to strictly enforce the revised timings, stating that the decision was taken to safeguard students’ health during the cold weather.
