Hyderabad: Lauding ISRO scientists and engineers for the successful launch of GSLV-F18 carrying NVS-03, Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Saturday said the successful mission is a moment of honour for the nation. He conveyed his best wishes to ISRO for many more milestones in its future missions.

He noted that NVS-03 will enhance essential services across key sectors, including transportation, aviation, maritime navigation, monitoring and emergency response.
"The Chief Minister lauded the scientists and engineers of @isro for successfully placing the satellite into its designated geostationary orbit, marking another significant milestone in strengthening India's navigation capabilities," the Telangana CMO said in a post on X.
India's independent regional navigation satellite system NavIC was restored to its minimum operational configuration of four satellites on Friday as ISRO successfully launched its navigation satellite NVS-03, which was placed into the designated injection orbit by a GSLV rocket.
The second-generation navigation satellite NVS-03, with an indigenous and procured atomic clock, has a wide array of applications, including civilian use like real-time tracking of trains, vehicles and shipping vessels.
