Retired SI’s Son Dies Under Suspicious Circumstances at Farmhouse

Hyderabad: A youth was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a farmhouse in Edulabad, raising questions about the circumstances surrounding his death.
The deceased was identified as Krishna Koundinya, son of retired sub-inspector C. Praveen Kumar (61), a resident of Uppal Bhagayath. Krishna completed his B. Tech from Keshav Memorial College.
According to police, Koundinya had gone to the farmhouse with his friends on October 24 to attend the birthday celebrations of a friend, Rishab.
At around 10 am the following day, Rishab’s father called Praveen Kumar and informed him that Koundinya had been found unconscious. Krishna was immediately shifted to the Ghatkesar Government Hospital by Rishab's parents, where doctors declared him dead by the time his family members arrived.
Praveen Kumar lodged a complaint at the Ghatkesar police station on October 25. Police registered a case of suspicious death and launched an investigation to ascertain the circumstances that led to the incident.
