Hyderabad: Residents of Banjara Hills were alarmed to see red-coloured water flowing through Ambedkar Nala, raising fears of hazardous chemical contamination.

Polluted drainage and stormwater from Noor Nagar, located on Road No. 10, are reportedly entering the nala and flowing directly into the Taj Banjara lake in the heart of the city.

Despite the alarming situation, Pollution Control Board officials have not taken any action, leaving residents concerned and demanding urgent intervention.
