Ponguleti Launched Development Works Worth Rs.59.62 Crore In Mahabubabad

Warangal: Revenue minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy on Tuesday said that Telangana was the only state implementing welfare schemes on a massive scale.

Speaking at an event in Mahabubabad district on Tuesday, the minister said that the state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, was prioritising the development of both towns and villages while ensuring that every promise made during the elections is fulfilled.

He noted that the government was maintaining a balance between infrastructure growth and public welfare, ensuring that development reaches the doorstep of every poor person.

Earlier, he laid foundation stones for several developmental projects worth `59.62 crore in Mahbubabad district. Out of the total sanctioned amount, works worth `24.13 crore were launched to improve urban infrastructure and the living standards of the residents.

Accompanied by Chief Minister’s adviser Vem Narendar Reddy, MP Porika Balaram Naik and MLA Bhukya Murali Naik, the minister visited multiple wards to inaugurate road and drainage projects.
