Ponguleti Alleges Conspiracy to Destabilise Congress Government

Addressing the media in Hyderabad, Ponguleti alleged that certain leaders, driven by a lust for power, are attempting to destabiliSe the government barely a week after it was formed. He emphasiSed that the Congress government is committed to serving all sections of society, irrespective of political affiliation or religion.

"We will ensure that all eligible beneficiaries receive Indiramma houses and fine rice," he assured.

Taking a jibe at Prabhakar Reddy, the minister claimed that the MLA is losing sleep over the government's land management initiative, Bhu Bharati. "He has encroached land in the past, and we will reclaim it through Bhu Bharati," Ponguleti said.

He further alleged that Prabhakar Reddy’s statements were made under the influence of BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao. "BRS leaders are unable to come to terms with the government reclaiming 400 acres of land," he said.

Mocking the opposition's ambitions, the minister added, "BRS leaders are daydreaming about toppling the Indiramma Rajyam, but the people stand with us."
