Passing Out Parade at NISA for 115 CISF Personnel

Hyderabad: The National Industrial Security Academy (NISA), CISF, Hakimpet, on Friday hosted the passing out parade of the 19th batch of Assistant Commandants (Departmental Entry) and the 14th batch of sub‑inspectors/fire, marking the completion of rigorous professional training by 115 CISF personnel.
Padmakar S. Ranpise, SDG (South), CISF, reviewed the parade. The batch comprised 30 serving CISF personnel, including two women, selected for the rank of assistant commandant through the UPSC CAPF AC Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE), and 85 sub‑inspectors/fire selected through the SSC CPO Examination.
The assistant commandants completed an intensive 26‑week programme covering industrial security management, aviation security, disaster management, VIP security, urban operations, jungle warfare and advanced weapon handling. The Sub‑Inspector/Fire trainees underwent 21 weeks of industrial security training at NISA, followed by 34 weeks of specialised fire training at FSTI, covering firefighting, rescue, emergency response and industrial fire safety.
Addressing the trainees, Ranpise urged them to discharge their enhanced responsibilities with integrity, discipline, professionalism, courage and dedication. He asked them to lead from the front and uphold the traditions and ethos of the CISF while safeguarding critical national assets and infrastructure.

Awards were presented to outstanding trainees. SI Ankur received the All‑Round Best award, SI Kapil Joshi was adjudged Best in Outdoor and SI Wekuzo Wezah was named Best in Indoor. AC Deepak received the Director’s Rolling Trophy for Best Performance in the Half Marathon, while AC Manish Negi received the Director General’s Rolling Trophy for Overall Best Trainee, Sword of Honour and Best in Indoor.
