Owaisi Slams Israel Over Gaza

Hyderabad: AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi has accused Israel of committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza, calling on Prime Minister Narendra Modi to intervene and ensure India does not become complicit in the alleged atrocities.

In a post on social media platform X, Owaisi said this was unlike the Holocaust, where ignorance was claimed—this genocide, he said, is being witnessed in full view of the world. He reminded that India has historically supported Palestine and opposed Israeli apartheid, and urged the Prime Minister to take decisive steps to halt the humanitarian crisis.

Owaisi’s remarks come amid mounting global concern over the escalating Gaza conflict and highlight the moral responsibility he believes India must uphold.
