NIMS introduces Best Performance Award for MHM students

Xavier was among the doctors, nursing staff, officers and employees recognised at the celebrations for their performance.

Hyderabad:Theresa Xavier received the first-ever best performance award instituted by the Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences (Nims) for Master of Hospital Management (MHM) students.

The award was presented during the Independence Day celebrations at the institute. Xavier was among the doctors, nursing staff, officers and employees recognised at the celebrations for their performance.

Dr Martha Ramesh, Nims liaison officer, thanked institute director Prof. Dr Rahul Devraj, dean Prof. Dr Chandrasekhar, executive registrar Prof. Dr Paranjyothi, medical superintendent Dr Nimma Satyanarayana and head of department Dr Lakshmi Bhaskar for supporting the award. Dr Ramesh said the award would encourage MHM students to excel academically and hoped that more students would achieve excellence and receive the recognition in the coming years.
