NEET UG 2025 applications open
The test will be held on May 4 in 13 languages.
Hyderabad:National Testing Agency (NTA) on Friday opened online applications for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to undergraduate medical courses in all medical institutions in India. The test will be held on May 4 in 13 languages. The exam will be for 180 minutes and will take place from 2 pm to 5 pm.
Applications will be accepted till March 7. Applicants can seek further information on the NTA website www.neet.nta.nic.in
The NEET UG scores and merit list will also be applicable to courses such as BDS, BVSc and animal husbandary. Moreover, aspirants for Military Nursing Services (MNS) will have to qualify NEET UG.
There shall be a uniform NEET for courses under Indian medical education systems such as BAMS, BUMS and BSMS. Similarly NEET shall also be applicable to BHMS, for Homeopathy courses.
The application fee is `1,700 for general category, `1,600 for general EWS/OBC, `1,000 for SC/ST/PWD or third gender.
