Musical Night at Ravindra Bharathi on I-Day Eve

Hyderabad: 'One World Fusion'-- a musical night organised by Sangitanjaly Foundation — is coming back for its 12th season on August 14 at Ravindra Bharathi. The event is held in association with the department of language and culture, in aid of Autism Ashram. The event will start at 7 pm.

This year's edition will showcase spontaneous and soulful fusion music by celebrated performers such as Roop Kumar Rathod, Sunali Rathod, Grammy Award winner and Padma Bhushan recipient Pt Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Raj Sodha and Pt Prodyut Mukherjee, among others. The music will be improvised, with artistes coming together to create an impromptu fusion that blends classical, folk and contemporary styles.

One World Fusion 2025 is curated by Abhijeeth Bhattacharjee, the chairman of Sangitanjaly Foundation, and Pt Prodyut Mukherjee, with the vision of promoting India's rich cultural traditions while supporting a meaningful cause. The event is a part of Sangitanjaly Foundation’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness and provide support for Autism Ashram, while simultaneously celebrating India's diverse artistic heritage.

"This initiative is a reflection of our long-standing commitment to cultural preservation and community service," said Abhijeeth Bhattacharjee, chairman of the foundation. Pt Prodyut Mukherjee, Grammy Jury Member from the Los Angeles Chapter, added that the foundation also serves as a platform for nurturing emerging talent in performance arts.
