Spread across 3,245 acres, the industrial smart city is envisioned as a modern, integrated hub with world-class infrastructure and sector-focused development. The focus sectors include logistics, auto components, non-metallic minerals, electrical and electronics, machinery, metals, and food processing. Another key highlight is the smart infrastructure with advanced technology integration, sustainable and eco-friendly development practices with plug-and-play industrial facilities in addition to integrated ecosystems including residential, commercial spaces, schools, and training institutes.
