Hyderabad: Union minister of state for home affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Friday launched a fierce critique of the ‘Marwadi Go Back’ movement, describing it as a deliberate conspiracy orchestrated by Congress, BRS and MIM under the guise of communism to create divisions within the Hindu community.

Addressing the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga Rally’ in Yousufguda alongside BJP state president N. Ramchander Rao, Bandi Sanjay unveiled party’s counter-strategy to intensify protests under the banner of ‘Rohingya Go Back’ aimed at protecting Hindu caste traditions and businesses.

He highlighted the silence surrounding the activities of the Rohingya community in Hyderabad’s Old City area, alleging it has become an ISI hub and raised concerns over threats to traditional occupations held by certain Hindu caste groups. He called for preserving these traditional roles within the community and warned of a widespread movement to safeguard them against challenges.

Rejecting allegations of vote theft against BJP, Bandi Sanjay asserted that if such malpractice existed, BJP would have easily won contests in Telangana and Karnataka, which has not happened. He blamed Congress for losing public trust due to poor governance and its inability to accept BJP’s rise.

The rally also celebrated the 79th Independence Day, emphasising Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership milestones, including the abrogation of Article 370 and strides toward national integration. The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ celebrations included a bike rally that proceeded from Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy Stadium through Yousufguda, Jubilee Hills and culminated at the Assembly.
