Midday Meal Scheme: Nizamabad ZPHS In-Charge Headmaster Suspended For Negligence

NIZAMABAD: District collector ZIla Tripathi has suspended Amar Singh, in-charge headmaster of Zilla Parishad High School at Kamalapur in Dichpally mandal, for negligence in implementing the midday meal scheme.
The action followed complaints to officials alleging that students were not properly provided midday meals from September 15 to 22. In response, the collector ordered an inquiry into the complaints.
The inquiry confirmed lapses in the implementation of the scheme at the school. Based on the inquiry report and other relevant aspects, the collector issued orders suspending Amar Singh from service.
Ila Tripathi stressed that officials must discharge their duties responsibly to ensure students receive the benefits of welfare schemes intended for them.
