Medico Dies by Suicide in Medchal

Hyderabad: In a tragic incident, a 26-year-old postgraduate medical student died by suicide in Medchal on Saturday. The deceased has been identified as Deekshita, a first-year ophthalmology student at a medical college in Bengaluru.

Police reached the spot and shifted the body to the state-run Gandhi Hospital in Secunderabad for postmortem. A case has been registered and an investigation is underway.
