Man Held for Online Betting

 Adilabad: Police arrested Syed Azam in Bhainsa town, seizing ₹16.3 lakh in cash, 384.38 grams of gold jewellery, three gold biscuits weighing 55 grams, and 21 documents linked to an alleged online betting racket from his Mee Seva centre.

The raid, carried out at the Mee Seva centre in Owaisi Nagar, was led by Bhainsa CI Gopinath. The suspect was taken into custody, and police noted that eight others had already been arrested in connection with the case.

Nirmal SP Janaki Sharmila and Bhainsa ASP Avinash Kumar commended the police team for successfully apprehending the accused.
