KTR moves Supreme Court on defectors

Hyderabad: BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao has approached the Supreme Court, seeking the disqualification of six MLAs who have changed their political affiliations. The case was taken up by a bench comprising Justice B.R. Gavai and Justice Vinod Chandran.

This petition has been consolidated with another related petition filed in the same matter. The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the case on February 10.
