He assured full cooperation in addressing obstacles related to network expansion.
Nalgonda: Khammam MP Ramasahayam Raghuram Reddy on Friday called for improving service quality of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) in rural areas to ensure better mobile connectivity.
Speaking at the District Telecom Advisory Committee meeting held at BSNL Bhavan in Khammam, he stressed the need to upgrade technology in line with changing requirements. "As a public sector undertaking, it is our responsibility to provide quality services that instil confidence in the people. BSNL should not only extend broadband services to remote villages, but also strengthen the system to ensure immediate resolution of customer grievances," he said.
After receiving suggestions from committee members, he directed officials to identify areas facing signal issues and install new towers on a war footing. He assured full cooperation in addressing obstacles related to network expansion.
He said BSNL should work towards revival by focusing on quality services at affordable rates and aim to remain on par with private telecom operators.
