Karimnagar Mayor Urges Residents To Conserve Water

Karimnagar: Karimnagar mayor Kolagani Srinivas has urged residents to use water judiciously in view of environmental changes linked to El Nino and global warming.

He also advised households to install soak pits to help rainwater percolate into the ground and improve groundwater recharge.

The mayor laid foundation stones for various development works in the 31st division on Saturday.

Speaking on the occasion, he said efforts would be made to develop the town on all fronts.
