Karimnagar Civic Body Goes Digital for Employee Leave Management
The initiative is expected to strengthen digital governance, streamline administrative processes and improve time management within the Municipal Corporation.
Karimnagar: The Karimnagar Municipal Corporation has introduced an Online Leave Management System for its employees as part of its efforts to improve transparency and administrative efficiency.
Municipal Commissioner unveiled a poster of the newly developed portal at the Municipal Corporation office. The system enables employees to submit leave applications online directly to their reporting officers and track the status of their applications and approvals in real time.
The portal was developed by Teamup, a company based at the Karimnagar IT Tower.
Speaking on the occasion, the Commissioner said the system would simplify leave record management and help officials monitor applications more effectively. Employees were instructed to submit their leave applications through the portal and regularly check their application status online.
