Jupally Launches ₹30-cr Works In Bhainsa, Opens 440 2BHK Houses
Tourism minister Jupally Krishna Rao on Sunday laid the foundation stone for development works worth ₹30 crore and inaugurated 440 double-bedroom houses in Bhainsa town, distributing them to beneficiaries along with house pattas.

ADILABAD: Tourism minister Jupally Krishna Rao on Sunday laid the foundation stone for development works worth ₹30 crore and inaugurated 440 double-bedroom houses in Bhainsa town, distributing them to beneficiaries along with house pattas.
The minister also launched works for modernisation of the drinking water supply system under the AMRUT scheme at a cost of ₹28.18 crore and restoration of the Mahadevpur tank with an outlay of ₹2.14 crore.
Addressing the gathering, he said the works would provide a lasting solution to drinking water issues in Bhainsa and help improve groundwater levels. He said the government was taking steps to sanction Indiramma houses under the second phase and assured justice to oustees of the Palsikar Rangarao project.
He said the state government was ensuring transparency in welfare schemes and working to extend benefits to eligible sections.
Adilabad MP Godam Nagesh said the development works would change the face of Bhainsa and assured further development.
Earlier, the Minister visited the Gnana Saraswati Temple and offered prayers. He reviewed security arrangements following a recent theft and later inspected the Mahankali temple, where a theft had occurred. He directed officials to expedite the tender process for development works.
Mudhole MLA Ramarao Patel, former MLA Vittal Reddy, Collector Bhavesh Mishra, SP Janaki Sharmila and other officials were present.
Separately, Congress leaders expressed concern over lack of prior information on the development works and alleged influence of BJP leaders in Nirmal district. Senior Congress leader Srihari Rao said he would step down from his post and continue as a party worker.
