Jogulamba Gadwal: Man Kills Wife With Pestle

Jogulamba Gadwal: A man killed his wife by attacking her with a pestle at Obulonipalli village in Dharur mandal of Jogulamba Gadwal district.

The victim was identified as Jammulamma.

According to preliminary reports, Jammulamma and her husband, Gopi, had been married for a few years. The couple had been quarrelling over petty issues for the past few days.

Following an altercation, Gopi allegedly attacked Jammulamma with a pestle in a fit of rage. She sustained severe injuries in the attack and died on the spot.

Police reached the spot after receiving information about the incident and launched an investigation. The exact circumstances leading to the incident are yet to be ascertained.
