Jangaon Youth Wins Race 1 In National Motorcycle Racing Championship

JANGAON: Beedani Rajender of Siddeki village in Jangaon district secured the top position in Race 1 of Round 2 in the the expert category at the Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship 2026 held at the Madras International Circuit in Chennai.
The competition was held from September 11 to 13. Rajender's performance brought recognition to Siddeki, with his family members, friends and villagers congratulating him on the victory.
Rajender, son of Ravinder of Siddeki, said he developed an interest in motorcycle racing during childhood and had participated in several bike racing competitions, securing victories. He said his goal was to continue disciplined training and establish himself at the national level.
Rajender said motorcycle racing did not mean speeding on public roads or performing stunts on the Outer Ring Road. Rajender said he participated only in officially organised competitions on designated racing tracks and described motorsport as a safe platform to showcase talent.
He dedicated his latest victory to his close friend Kanneboyina Praveen of Ganupadu village, who recently died in a road accident.
“This victory is dedicated to my brother-like friend Praveen. His memories will always remain with me,” Rajender said emotionally.
