Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based Active.in, popular as Active Green Products, plans to expand its presence across South India and Bhubaneswar with 15 new franchise outlets over the next 12-18 months.

Active’s portfolio includes aluminium and uPVC windows and doors, façades, skylights, pergolas, railings and balustrades, wooden doors, motorised screens, fresh-air systems, home automation, lighting and building management solutions.

The expansion will cover Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa and Bhubaneswar, strengthening its presence across residential, commercial and infrastructure markets.

“With our new presence in Bengaluru and manufacturing capabilities being developed for the region, we are positioning ourselves to serve Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu with greater speed, consistency and scale,” said Mudunuri Venkata Subba Raju, managing director, Active Green Products.

It achieved a turnover of Rs 187 crore in the previous financial year. and has set a target of Rs 250 crore for FY27, said PSL Narasimha Rao, chief executive officer and director. Active executed projects across private homes, villa developments, apartment projects and commercial and institutional projects.

Active's manufacturing network includes two facilities in Telangana. Its Sultanpur facility manufactures Schuco aluminium windows, façades, motorised pergolas, screens and curtain tracks, with a production capacity of around 2 lakh sq. ft. a month. It currently produces more than 1 lakh sq. ft. a month.

At its Pashamylaram facility, the company manufactures aluminium windows, façades and railings. The unit has a production capacity of around 1 lakh sq. ft. a month and is operating at about 70 per cent utilisation. The company has also invested in CNC machinery, a powder-coating facility, dedicated inventory and its own logistics fleet., according to a release.
