Hydraa, DRF Staff Rescue Woman Slipped into Musi River
She slipped into the river where there was no possibility of returning to the river bank nearby and trees were also blocking her from safely reaching her residence
Hyderabad: The personnel of Hydraa rescued a woman who accidentally fell into the Musi River near Golnaka.
Upon receiving a call to its control room number at 10.51 am, the Hydraa staff rushed to the spot around 11.07 am and rescued the 49-year-old woman, Indira, a resident of Golnaka. She fell into the river on Friday night.
She slipped into the river where there was no possibility of returning to the river bank nearby and trees were also blocking her from safely reaching her residence. She spent the whole night in fear in Musi.
On Saturday, as the locals could not pull her out of the river, they alerted the Hydraa. With the help of a large ladder, the DRF team and Hydraa staff went down and rescued the woman. Indira, who was staying at Golnaka with her two children, said she accidently slipped into the river.
