HYDERABAD: Summer vacation at the Telangana High Court will be observed from May 7 to June 5, 2026 (both days inclusive), during which regular court proceedings will remain suspended.
To handle urgent matters, vacation benches will sit on May 14, 21, 28, and June 4. On these days, the court will take up cases requiring immediate attention, including habeas corpus petitions, anticipatory bail pleas, and bail applications rejected by Magistrates, Sessions Judges, or Additional Sessions Judges.
The court will also hear other urgent issues such as eviction, dispossession, demolition, and similar matters that cannot be deferred until the end of the vacation. It has clarified that only urgent cases will be entertained during this period.
