Hyderabad Collector Launches WhatsApp Grievance Facility

Hyderabad: In a move to enhance grievance redressal and promote citizen-friendly governance, Hyderabad District Collector Harichandana Dasari has launched a WhatsApp grievance facility at 74166 87878.

Citizens can now lodge complaints from home without visiting the weekly Prajavani programme or using the online portal. Each grievance will receive a unique ID, be forwarded to the relevant department, and followed by an Action Taken Report (ATR).

This initiative particularly benefits the elderly, disabled, and working professionals, ensuring transparency, accessibility, and faster service delivery.
