Hyderabad-Based Covasant Merges With KonaAI, DCube Data Sciences
Hyderabad-led Covasant joins forces with US firms to strengthen AI-driven compliance and cybersecurity
Hyderabad: Hyderabad-based agentic AI solutions player Covasant Technologies announced its merger with two US-based companies- konaAI and DCube Data Sciences Corporation. This combines KonaAI’s compliance expertise and DCube’s cybersecurity and eDiscovery strengths.
Covasant is helmed by CV Subramanyam. Before founding Covasant, Subramanyam built Cigniti Technologies into an over $250-million revenue company with a 5,000-plus workforce.
“We embed AI into our clients’ business. The merger is a step in realising our vision to lead in agentic AI-led services-as-software,” said CV. Subramanyam, chairman and managing Director, Covasant Technologies, said.
